Every time I format my computer and re-install everything I have had blue screens until I use an old version (early 2012) of the 6870 drivers.

Normally they are really easy to find but I can't find them anywhere.

Have they been deleted or is there still somewhere I can find them?

All the 'newer' versions depend on netframework...and is required. Have you been to Windows Update and Manually installed the 'optional/recommended updates? Netframework does not download/install as 'critical' updates do, it will be a option.
