Its been 3 months since we've seen a new official driver by AMD and i understand most of their focus is on the mantle drivers, But cant they atleast release another WHQL driver that fixes the several issues that are still present in the 13.12 drivers? I'm about to switch to nvidia because it looks like AMD is not focused on their gaming market as much and mantle was a complete failure and does not work properly like they said. I have a 7870ghz edition GPU and i randomly got artifacting on 2 different built PC's on the 13.12 drivers and the corrupted mouse cursor issue is still there

Know the only difference between a WHQL driver and a "beta" driver? AMD didn't spend $250 per OS for Microsoft to sign them.

Not 100% correct.

The signed driver also enable DRM flags.  Without these, some software will refuse to work because you are not using signed drivers.

The proper solution is visiting the developer of such software accompanied with 200 dark elf assassins. I never heard of such software. Who would be so stupid? If they have a restriction fetish, they should just develop for OSX and iOS... Maybe Windows RT...
