Issue Details
- I purchased a New HP Envy computer with Window 8.1 installed.  I moved my AMD Radeon HD6450 graphics card from my previous Dell XP computer that was using Windows XP SP3 in which it was working just fine for 2 years.  On new computer I frequently get an error notification from windows which states, "Display Driver has stopped responding and has recovered."  This has ultimately led to a complete blank/black screen and a locked up computer on many occassions.  I cannot see anything on my monitor at all.  CTL-ALT-DEL will bring up my cursor so that I can see it when I move my mouse, but that means nothing since I still cannot do anything with that to access my computer...mouse clicks do nothing...keyboard entries do nothing.  I have to poweroff then poweron to gain access to my PC again...not a safe thing over and over.  I have installed the most recent 64 bit AMD Catalyst driver....twice to no change.  Any ideas?  Specific info below.

Can it be that simple....The Dell XPS I pulled it from only had a 350watt PS?  I am truly an amature, but how does a power supply make the driver stop the driver synonymous with the graphics card?
