After installing the 14.4 drivers in windows 7 64, I turn red (red-purple) screen and it remains in the red tint. I have the latest Net Framework, Microsoft Visual C + + 2012, etc. I have a HD 6850 graphics associated with LCD Samsung S24A350H over HDMI.Po cable disconnection and reconnection starts colors Ok, but after the next restart PC is turn everything red. (after the return of older drivers again everything is OK) I read something about a problem with EDID, but I do not understand, I do not know whether this is correct. He advised anyone? Sorry for the English, and thanks for the advice.

The red/pink EDID bug was supposed to be fixed in Catalyst 14.4, at least it was for me. This is the setting:

I partially solved the problem. I did not realize that I have a monitor connected to the graphics card via DVI-HDMI adapter. I have connected the HDMI cable to enjoy the graphics card directly from its HDMI output, and so far everything is now OK.
In previous versions of the driver but to me it worked well. I hope it helps someone who had a similar problem. Thanks for the advice.
