This problem did not start happening until Catalyst 14.4.  I will turn on my secondary display and the screen does it's typical black screen for a bit than come back on and windows that are open on primary jump to the secondary display.

My primary monitor is still showing primary and this problem did not start happening until version 14 of the driver.

Nobody else not experiencing issue like this?  Even the window sizes keep getting lost and smaller than the display.

Did you happen to use express install and install every crap in the package including hydravision? Try removing it.

I'm not sure if they problem you are having is exactly the same as mine but I have had problems with settings being kept in CCC for over a year now, over many versions of the drivers and CCC. AMD either do not acknowledge that there is a problem or they don't know how to fix it.

The problem may have only just started for you in 14.4 but I would suggest that there are serious problems under the hood that are appearing at different times for different setups.

As of 14.4 my second display is now black, I have used Driver Fusion to remove drivers and installed latest 14.4, but I still have both the problems I had before.
