Hello, I been haveing this issues since day one when I bought my monitor (about 4 month ago or so) I have a Samsung SyncMaster S24B300 and a ATI 7850 and i just downloaded the latest drivers, when I unistalled the drivers using the new utility my screen fit the whole monitor no issues but when I run the drivers the monitor keep the 1920x1080 resolution but now I keep getting those black borders this is driving me nuts now, i have 2 other monitors  of 19inches each, but when i did unistall and re-install the drivers I only had the samsung plugged.

any ideas?

Thank you

CCC -> My digital flat panels (or whatever your screen is) -> Overscan -> 0%

This is not something so hard to find, unless you don't even look...
