Still getting these issues with my 290 and since nobody here seems to help i think we should all contact AMD about the issue directly.

General Support lines

http://support.amd.com/en-us/contact

14.6 issue report

http://www.amdsurveys.com/se.ashx?s=5A1E27D25AD12B73

14.4 issue report

http://www.amdsurveys.com/se.ashx?s=5A1E27D25AD12B73

The more people that report the better and we might actually get functioning drivers come 14.6 whql or 14.7, or we can just sit on our hands and keep RMA'ing our cards for no good reason.

Officially AMD dont even seem to be aware of the issue every time i spoke to them and i just think its poor support honestly.

I have been very patient with AMD and ATI but i have had enough, months of these issues and no eta on a fix and or they dont even own up to there being a problem., not a good way to do business and treat customers

1. Check out the thread "read before posting"

2. This is a community forum. If you have a problem with AMD, take it to AMD.

Yes, i completely agree.

More detailed complaint forms, higher chance that the upcoming drivers will fix many single and crossfirex issues for many users.

Giving enough feedback to AMD will somewhat guarantee that.

Cards that do have hardware problems, should be diagnosed and replaced though.

Thanks for the feedback.

Yeah basically mentioning artifacts on this forum is a no no. You can only praise AMD and then report your problems on the AMD driver support page that gets completly ignored by AMD. So basically this forum and the money you spent on your GPU is a waste of time and money. I myself did a RMA on a R9 270, And my new R9 270 does the exact same thing. Bad Artifacts in Mafia 2. When I use driver 14.4 Mafia 2 plays perfect. So I have reported it here and with AMD driver support, I have reported to AMD that all driver versions after 14.4 have been artifacting in Mafia 2, But I was ignored and the new driver 14.7 artifacts even worse in Mafia 2. So basically the only cure is to dump AMD and go green. I really don't understand how anyone would praise and constantly defend a badly supported product. But most people today are mindless followers anymore, and can't think for themselves, Hence the fanboy is born!

Everybody is welcome to their own opinion, but those that know better try to steer mis-informed people to the right venue. This is a user forum. Nobody but users here. Yes, you are encourged to send in 'issue reports' and wether you believe it or not, they are read. However, one report does nothing.....several reports gets their attention. As stated on the newer Beta releases : """AMD Issue Reporting Form

This driver release incorporates suggestions received through the AMD Issue Reporting Form. To provide us with your feedback, use the appropriate form.
