Sorry,  Here's the information requested:

Graphics Card
AMD Radeon 7800

No Overclocking

AMD Catalyst Driver Version, and Driver History

Catalyst Version 14.4

Driver Package: 13.251.9001-140423a-171190E-ATI

Operating System

Microsoft Windows 8.1 64 bit

Issue Details

I have a problem that has just started happening a couple days ago. I will launch a game and maybe 15 seconds later it will crash, the screen will go a variety of colors, and I have to shut off my computer to use it again. Before it started happening I could run games fine. There is an error message i get a glimpse of when it crashes. It says something about the driver crashing then recovering. It has happened with every game I have tried, a couple examples are Far Cry 3, Payday 2, Skyrim, Fallout 3, and Smite. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers and updated them all the way. Nothing is working. Help will be graciously accepted

Corsair AX or TX 850 or equivalent; AX1200 (i) preferred (or equivalent) if CrossfireX planned in future.

Upgrading to a good quality PSU is a great advice, but check your rail voltages in bios or with a monitoring application first.

Are your mobo/ cpu/ gpu temps good during stress/ load ?

Aim for 65-75° C during gpu load.

Make a custom fan profile (50-70% rpm) before launching games if needed.

Test and post back. Thanks.

My temperatures never get that high. The hottest one gets to 70C but nothing else even gets close to that.
