Recently, I have been having strange problems with my HD 7700. After changing desks and moving my computer around, I plugged in my computer which was working fine before, and found that the moniter I was using prior was not working anymore.

After dealing with a lot of crashing and moniters not being detected, I was finally able to hook up my dual moniter and it seemed to be working fine for a day.

Today, I turned on my computer like normal, start browsing twitch tv, started watching a livestream and everything froze and I got a bluescreen. I restarted my computer and tried with youtube, same result. So then, I updated and reinstalled flash which seemed to fix that.

Now, however, when I tried to run a game, I was forced to turn down my graphical settings down to low for all my games and was still getting worse performence than two days ago.

I am using Catalyst v 14.4 with the drivers being v

The symptoms are extremely laggy game on low settings.

my cpu is an intel core i5-3470 @ 3.20 GHz and I dont know what kind of motherboard I have.

And my power supply is an Antec model Bp350

I would appreciate any help you guys could offer?

You need a minimum 400W PSU to run the system without potential issues, despite the low TDP of that gpu.
