When I install the last Catalyst Suite 14.4, it identifies my video card AMD Radeon HD 7700 Series as a AMD Radeon R7 200 Series; It's a known problem or both cards are the same?

Thx in Adv.

Carlos

I have exactly the same problem with my Sapphire Radeon HD 7770 Ghz edition OC. It's being identified as a Radeon R7 200. You are not alone man!

I'm running dual graphics with my AMD A10-7700K and the MSI R7 250 2GB DDR3 and the MSI card shows the EXACT SAME THING in Device Manager(Windows 7 Ultimate x64).   I dunno if this causes any problems or not, but I just feel realllyyy uneasy about this as well.  I'm glad I'm not alone here!!

Most of the R 200 series cards are simple rebrands of HD 7000 series cards.

I've got the exact same card except the 1gb version. I'm getting exactly the same problem. Anybody got any solution or an update from the developers?
