All of it. When the AMD USB Filter Driver is removed, USB devices continue to work normally, at least they do on 7. But when you say the last usable driver for your card is 13.12, it makes me think you aren't using 8.

Strange, it's a win7 x64 system and after using the cleanup utility, I have to use a PS/2 keyboard and reinstall the USB drivers... And anything newer than 13.12 occasionally crashes my PC, once or twice in a month. Always happens while watching youtube videos, and always the same BSOD, pointing to atikmdag.sys. And im not the only one experiencing this issue.

 

You are fine, don't worry.  I've see this issue of losing the USB port when the USB Filter Driver is removed.  Only way to get the system back was with a PS/2 input device.
