What people say IN GAMES isn't real, doesn't matter if what they say is racist, sexist, anything, it's not real, and people need to learn to laugh at it the same way actual athletes (gaming is not a sport therefore gamers are not athletes) quickly learn not to pay attention to trash talking, since if you do pay attention to it then you lose focus and then lose the game.

What people say and do IN REAL LIFE as it pertains to a work or living environment is completely different. Someone taking a photo of their penis and pinning it up on a female coworkers wall is sexual harassment. Someone consistently making unwanted sexual comments is sexually harassing them.

Games are games, real life is real life, if people can't separate the two, then they need to seek professional help.

I think if someone trash talking during online games, people should not take it seriously, because i think it's just to make us lose concentration and ultimately lose the gme.

But then it's a problem when you start trash talikng during competition when your oponent is sitting just across you, yes it's still just a game but you can expect a real life fight after the game ended. I saw it during local comptetition near where i lives, i just sit there and facepalmed.
