FAQ means frequently asked questions. On other sites you see general questions answered in a FAQ section.

There's no question and no answer here. It's just a guide how to post system specs. So why is it called a FAQ?

Maybe because the most frequently asked questions are what are your system specs and what have you tried to remedy your problem.

Well, that's not what people come here to ask for. The FAQ section is for new members, not for grumpy old ones, like us.

Well thanks to Marc@AMD we now have stickies in every category and people still don't read them (or they do, then say "my system specs are irrelevant")...

The FAQ at the top is called FAQ, because I have not yet figured out if it can be changed. I don't think it can, though.
