I don't know who was more stupid, Apple for giving this hacker access to his iCloud account, or Mat Honan for having everything he had tied to iCloud protected by "a seven character alpha numeric password." Makes you really think about how IDIOTIC the cloud really is (and how stupid Microsoft is for integrating it into Windows 8). Just imagine if Apple had something like "iBank" (an actual bank) or even something like þaypal (yes that is censored), he could have lost more than just files. And since the hacker had all this access, he could have sent personally crafted emails using his email account to his contacts (like his boss) telling them to take a flying f*** (or worse) and got him fired.

I wonder why someone who is able to call tech support and reset email password via second address is called a hacker. He's not a hacker. Maybe a clever person, but nothing more. He didn't "hack" anything.
