That takes me back a ways... I was six at the time. Had a 286 with DOS then a P60 with win 3.11. Whoever edited that video has a very short attention span though, it was a little hard to watch - I kinda wanted to hear more of what she was saying.

Reminds me of when you had to put in a 5¼" floppy to boot to then change it out for whatever you wanted to run, 16 colors was enough, and IBM was about the only player out there.

What the heck?  Not once did she mention the cloud or how to use Bing.

Yeah, in 1990 I had an IBM PC/XT turbo clone with a 2400 baud modem.

Hey, that is high tech stuff.  I started with DOS 3.3 and Deskmate (Tandy.)

And gaming, I remember when Duke Nukem was a SIDE SCROLLER!!!

Now where did I put my cane...

-------------------------

From a Tandy w/AMD 286/12mhz and 1MB ram to FX-8350 w/32GB ram.  I don't know everything by far, but I have probably forgot things you never knew.  Always happy to help, happy to be wrong, and happy to learn.
