The site's FAQ doesn't have the info I need and the toll free number no body answers and forum well lets be honest I'll be lucky if anyone ever answers. So what am I supposed to do?

Did you actually read what I wrote about the FAQ's not having the info I needed? I'm sorry but this will be the last product I will ever buy from AMD.

You put your question into a section no one ever visits. No wonder you don't have many answers. Another thing you forget is that CCC is .NET application. So I/O errors are probably the fault of either your computer or the framework. Was windows created by AMD? No. Was the .NET framework created by AMD? Also no. Still you cry that you're moving away from AMD. Why not blame it on LG or Elecrolux then?

Possible solution: What the guy said in your thread.

Certain solution: Reinstall your OS.
