Please help

I have a phenom ii x4 955 @ stock and i just recently replace my motherboard to asrock 970 and i also purchase gskill ripgaw 1600 ddr3 4x2.

Here's my problem if i ran the ram freq @ 1600 it will post as 8gb install (4gb usable) but, if i ran it as 1333 all the memory is usable. How can i run it as 1600 with all the memory usable?
