I'd say you're pretty close to the edge there...

So this is safe temperature ? What I can do ? I dont want destroy my PC.

Doing a 25% overclock, and not wanting to destroy things often doesn't mix very well. 

Option A.  Reduce overclock so the chip isn't producing as much heat to begin with.

Option B.  Get better cooling which can dissipate heat more effectively.

If you go for Option B, I highly recommend the Corsair H60. It's very reasonably priced, clips right to the stock AMx bracket, and performs excellently.
