You mustn't have too high temperature on you cpu.

That's a too high temperature, so you have to downclock your processor or upgrade your cooling solution.

Well no, 5ghz at 1.524v is not normal, so it sounds like you are overclocking, and the temps look like you aren't using an aftermarket cooler.

The right temperature is around 60°C at full load.

Probably you must create a bettere airflow in the case.
