I have tried several times and different settings, I am getting a stutter or flutter when I try to overclock, only on 2nd monitor, happens with or without Eyefinity enabled. I have tried with 2 different driver packages, results are the same. I didnt have any problems with vista and I understand Win8 is still a bit unstable, but I think this might be driver problem. Any suggestions?

that dxdiag made me dizzy....
Are you OCing the CPUor GPU? If you swap video heads, does the flickering monitor switch with it? or stay on the monitor? Could be many things.

Obviously, I wouldnt be posting if I could OC the GPU. The CPU is AMD550BE OC to 3.6g. What do you mean switch video heads? I have tried swapping cables and swapping monitor in CCC, if thats what you mean. I have tried to submit several tickets but like any large companies that dont want to deal with its customers, they make it dam near impossible and tend to just ignore the problem. Which is why Im tring to post for some help here. So please either help or ignore me, but spouting such gibberish "could be many things" is not helpful. If you need more information, be specific, if you can help at all, that is.

CPU or GPU was a valid question, and it wasn't in any way apparently obvious, as this is a CPU and GPU forum.
Switching headsis not gibberish, and is in my opiion very plain and clear. You GPU has multiple display outputs on the back (ye olde english "display heads").
You ignored this thread for nearly 3 months, and I was the only one that even made an effort to help you, I expect a Thank you instead of your result. I will continueto help you, but know that you'll get no respect from me after that.

If that was being rude, I am so sorry, You could have warned me that you live in a glass house and that we consumers had to walk on eggshells around your holiness.
TO be clear the gibberish referred to one sentence no consumer ever wants to hear from tech support ( which you are not) that line is "Could be many things." It leaves a very lasting impression that the person you are talking(replying to) to has no clue what you just said (read on fourms) because that either didnt listen(read) or flat out ignored everything that was said. And all this prior to even asking any, ANY related question to the problem at hand.
Since you are a forum moderator not tech support and reading your signature, you are more concered with your post count than anything. So please just pass this along to someone who can actually help and not make this frustrated amd consumer feel like running off to the competition.

Any time I build a new machine I feel as if I spend an inordinate amount of time selecting a name which seems appropriate. I bring that up only for your consideration while I say that your machine is quite appropriately named.
The funny thing is even with your eight pages of dxdiag there's still not enough information posted here to say much of anything about the problem... which I believe is what Lobster was pointing out to you in the first place.
