My specs:

AMD Phenom II X6 CPU
AMD HD 7700 video card
Windows 7 Professional 64-bit SP1
12 GBs RAM

I downloaded the program, installed it, and everything went fine.  When I open it, I click OK on the warning window, and then the app crashes during initialization.  Here is the resulting Windows error message pop up details:

I have been searching for months and had to join my first forum to say once i upgraded to windows 7 from vista my CCC works fine but as soon as i click overdrive tab then accept the warning it just vanishes litterally, and does nothing. Just goes away. I used to be able to OC my card up 200mhz or so and could tell the diffrence it made. Id like that ability back. Someone, somewhere help me.
