somehow

i know diffrent pc settings can effect haw well it will do but maybe

an amd  bench can mejor the gpu  score under avrage condictions

like with a same generation  components

OR you can just do basic research on such reputable review sites such as TomsHardware, Guru3D, and several others to see how a card will perform in games. 3DMark, Passmark, PCMark, all are synthetic garbage which means jack.

Thre real reason is that it costs a lot of money and makes no income. No company will do anything out of charity. (Unless it's a good form of marketing and therefore not really charity at all...)

Which is why AMD and nVidia release "demos" to demonstrate what a card can do, but a card could perform better than any other in a synthetic benchmark, but if a game developer releases a game coded like ***** or quickly ported from a console (which happens...most of the time actually) it doesn't matter how much power a card has, it's going to perform like *****.

...plus the temptation to fudge the results.

Or to only report the favorable results, or to present the results in such a way as to have a perceived advantage, such as comparing a HD 7970 to a GTX 650Ti
