i have ati radeon 545v hd GPU in laptop. i would like to know detail procedure of overclocking and maximum limit of overclocking.

Short answer is you don't. Long answer is that laptops have very limited cooling and they are often designed with the bare minimum they can get away with, which makes overclocking nearly impossible.
