I would recommend the Corsair H60, with a pair of Cougar CF-V12HP fans if you want a bit more grunt with silent operation, though any 120mm fan will work.

Corsair H60/H80 hydro coolers shouldn't get in the way of RAM on any motherboard as the radiator goes to the back of the pc. You should easily hit 4,5ghz using one of these coolers.

Edit:

Bah everyone beats me to the replies lately.

thank you very much one last question

when  installed my first time cpu fan stock ,after that i just removed to check if it was installed correctly, then i see something on my cpu amd like a glue or sticky thing i don't know what is it . is it came from stock fan? and should i remove this sticky thing on my cpu when im about to install h60? remove by alcohol pad maybe? (btw i didn't put thermal paste or anything similar)

--------

sorry i want to ask other quetion after reading about this cooler there is cons about

Cons:

  • Not the best option for "extreme" overclocking with very heavy heat loads

http://www.overclockersclub.com/reviews/corsair_h60/5.htm

i don't know what is my cpu extreme overclocking , is it 4.5 ghz extreme heat ?

I have a Corsair H60 with dual fans and even with the non-optimal installation (drawing air from inside the case instead of from outside), under Prime95 my FX-8350 at 4.4ghz, which draws more power and generates more heat than yours, stays under 60°C. My previous CPU, a Phenom II x4 965 at 3.8ghz, was easily kept under 55°C.

Also you need to buy some quality TIM. Arctic Silver 5 is good, inexpensive, and versatile. I would also recommend Arctic Silver Arcticlean. It's the best TIM remover and prepper there is, and only $7. Takes seconds to completely remove TIM with a wipe vs minutes with alcohol and elbow grease.

96% spirits clean the TIM off in roughly 10 seconds as well although I'm not sure this industrial moonshine is available or even legal in some countries.

So you paid $12 more than you would have at Newegg on the same product.
