First of all my pc spec : nothing is overclocked

Gigabyte p5k-se

dual core e6850

gigabyte hd5770

4gb Gskill 1066

550 watts ps

Windows 7 64bit

I recently bought a Iiyama b2475HDS full HD monitor that i plugged on my 5770 with a 1.4 hdmi cable ( i'm aware that the card hdmi is 1.3)

When i installed the monitor my computer was working fine ( no crash, no nothing) running the 11.9 Amd driver perfectly. Then i decided to install 11.11 drivers, first i was surprised that the driver didn't recognised the native 1080p HD on my monitor, i had to force CCC to run it ( and i hate to force anything ) then i went to the differents HD/Hdmi options ... each time i'm changing something like "Scaling, ITC processing" the CCC freeze then crash .

I went back to 11.10 ( that i never installed) to try, same problems : crashs and no native 1080p.

So i went back to 11.9 because it was working fine, and guess what : now it crash ...

So i'm wondering where is the problem coming from ?

Why 11.10 and 11.11 do not recognise native1080p ?
