I have tried everything.
I reinstalled ATI drivers,I Reinstall windows,also tried my ATI Radeon HD 4350 1GB On Win7, XP , Ubuntu, But it wont detect my monitor, i also downloaded monitor driver (.inf file)

and still the same. with NVIDIA i dont have such problem.

if i work without driver screen seems to be colorful and not so brighty. So please tell me what can i do. i think the problem is from the driver itself. because with nvidia i never got "default monitor" or ''generic non pnp monitor''.
