I use my TV to watch movies directly off my PC, however there is a bit of overscan. When I use either the scaling options with Catalyst Control Center or use screen fit mode on my TV I get a lot of pixel flickering. When I view it without those options it looks fine, but as I stated before there is about an inch of overscan. How can I solve this?
