When connecting my monitor via an HDMI cable, a large black border is created on my screen. 

From googling, I understand that this has something to do with overscanning and the card thinking it's an HDTV.  I've found a couple tutorials, but they all use older versions and the options aren't there.  I am using the 11.10 version of Catalyst Control Center. 

 

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
