I have had a couple installs of windows on this PC, a 4850 and a 6950 now, three different monitors, and the only thing that hasn't changed is using catalyst ati drivers. Does anyone else have this problem while watching videos in WMP or VLC with ati cards? It basically looks like a little overlap horizontally often on the bottom or middle of the screen. It is mostly mildly annoying, but if there is a fix it would be nice.

I am on Windows Vista Ultimate 64, am using CCCP driver pack with radeon 6950 latest 11.11 drivers.
