Hi,

I am getting sick and tired that AMD doesn't release any proper drivers for the HD5970. 

My problems:

Battlefield 3: Huge lags and crashes.

Skyrim: Totally unplayable.

What did I tried?

Every tweak on internet and:

Every combination from 11.9-12.1 with drivers and caps! I tried with caps, without, with diffrent version caps, diffrent drivers etc.

I uninstall the drivers, then boot into safe mode and use driver sweeper to get it all clean. 

But still I have a €600 GPU so I can't play a game?

So here I am now desperately seeking help. How do I get my system to run Battlefield 3 and Skyrim smoothly?

Rig:

GPU: Sapphire HD5970 2GB

CPU: i7 950 @ 3,5GHz

RAM: 6GB DDR3

PSU: 850Watt

The rest isn't needed.

Used Catalyst 12.1 + 11.12 CAP 1 and updated the bios of my motherboard
