The error message :

Failed creating d3d device of at least version 10.0 on adapter "ATI Radeon HD 3600 series" with driver "12.1 (8.93-111205a-132104c-ATI)".

Error is DXGI_ERROR_UNSOPPORTED("Unsopported").

This is typically caused by not having minimum direct x support in GPU.

My system information:

OS: Windows 7

Processor: Pentium Dual core 2.6ghz

memory: 3gb

Directx version irectX 11

Graphic : Ati Radeon HD 3600 hd series.

Updated driver with 12.1 catalyst.

Need anymore information please tell me. I need help to solve this problem.
