So heres my question I keep seeing everyone saying they get a good 40+ fps in games like Skyrim and Battlefield 3 with the XFX 6750 HD. I have the same card and I'm only getting like 20 in skyrim and around the same in battlefield 3 and thats with all the settings on performence in CCC.

I'm currently running.

GIGABYTE GA-A75M-S2V AMD A Series Motherboard

AMD A6-Series AD3650WNGXBOX Quad-Core A6-3650 APU

8GB Patriot DDR3 1333MHz G2 Ram

WD Caviar Blue 500GB SATA HD 7200/16MB/SATA-6G

I'm running windows 7 64-bit.

Just curious why everyone else seems to be getting way more fps then me. Or does it seem right to you?

What settings are you trying to run those games on? Skyrim is quite a demanding game while bf3 (with some features turned off) is not.

You said you turned down settings in CCC.

Did you also set the graphics settings in game to low?

Start there and adjust settings until you get what you want.

Thats the funny thing Even when I set the settings to low in both games the fps stays the same, and in some cases (battlefield 3) the fps actually drops when i set it lower.
