Yeah, well, it's a preview release, so maybe some things won't work..
I control my fan speeds with MSI AB, so didn't realize if that works on my system or not.. I'll check that out when get home..
I installed those drivers because W8 scaled one screen less than the other using W7 drivers.. Didn't knew about that release..
Once installed, all the options/menu on Catalyst came back.. But never checked tha out.. Really.. 
And about the dual boot system, I think the way to do is boot into W7, and edit the MSConfig file to only one system to boot, by deleting the W8 line..
I'll try that later too, because W8 sucks so far, and I'm tired of having no sound on my computer.. Maybe when the final version is out, I'll give it a try again.. But I'm not that excited..
