Hello! Ive got used 5870 card wich is not working, because there are missing and loosing some components.

Does somebody know the code for "R23" inductor ? and at the back of card in the corner there are several 3 pin transistors, I can read on them "1AM>" I can not find In google the correct transistors, I want to find out specific codes for them.

Yes, but it's FUBARd and you'll need to send it back to the manufacturer as you haven't got the components needed to solder them back on ( unless you know a guy with a VGA FAB who has the right robots for the job ) .. that or bin it and get a new card.

Unless it's an XFX you'll have to either bin it or put it on ebay for metal salvages, as XFX are the only ones who cover the second owner
