How is the installed version of CCC determined?

I have versioned the program and the driver and they do not match anything like 12.6 9.4 or any other version id's that I see referenced here.

It must be imbedded in the version number some way I just have been unable to determine the simple version number.

Appears that my version is an HP OEM rebrand.  Any knowledge of problems about putting 12.6 side by side on that type system?

I can't seem to get links or image upload to work in this editor.
