2x D3 4GB 1333-999 XMS

Sappihre R9 280x Dual-X OC

Windows 7 64-bit

All drivers and firmware are up to date. (Windows, BIOS, and all other drivers or firmware)

---------------------------------------------

The dump-file says to me Driver-Problem.

The support gave me this:
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This error (7E) is usually a driver issue and display adapter (video) driver is the most suspect though it could be others. Antivirus/antispyware/security programs, hardware (heat) and major software issues can also cause the error.

Please try a driver clean install and update to the latest graphic driver:

a.       Download the latest Catalyst driver to your desktop to prevent the potential download trouble after you have removed the existing graphic driver.

http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop?os=Windows+7+-+64

b.      Removing drivers:

1.      Right click on the left bottom of the desktop (Click the start menu) and Open the control panel then Programs and Features or Uninstall a program.

2.      In the list select AMD Catalyst Install manager then click change.

3.      In the window that opens click next and then select the option ‘Express Uninstall All AMD Software’.

4.      Once this process completes restart the computer.

c.       Use third party tool to remove the existing driver. Before beginning the uninstall/reinstallation process, please run Windows Update to ensure that there are no outstanding recommended/required updates, especially updates for the .Net or C++ frameworks, or Service Pack updates. This will ensure that our software will run properly. You may need to run Windows Update and restart multiple times, as certain updates will not appear in the list of updates until certain previous updates have been installed first.

Driver/registry cleaning tool-Driver Fusion:

1.      Go to the following link and download and run driver fusion:

       http://treexy.com/products/driver-fusion

2.      Run this software and choose the option to select multiple cleaning filters, select all of the ATI filters and then click start.

3.      Once the cleaning has finished restart the computer.

Note: Driver Fusion is in no associate or maintained by AMD and is used at the user’s discretion.

d.      Run the downloaded installer package choosing the option for express install. Once the installer completes restart the computer.

Please also update the BIOS and chipset drivers from your motherboard manufacturer.

In order to update this service request, please respond, leaving the service request reference intact.

Best regards,

AMD Global Customer Care

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Info: Driver Fusion will not delete everything without going Premium.

But anyway is use DDU (Driver Display Uninstaller) too to get rid of every driver that can be cause the Blue Screen.

But its not working ! The Blue Screen occurs dont matter if the system is clean.

Now i have the new Driver 14.6 installed and hoped the Blue Screen will be dissapear and i got a new Blue Screen:

http://forums.amd.com/game/messageview.cfm?catid=454&threadid=174410&enterthread=y

But anyway i dont know if i have the other Blue Screen now too. So it can that i have now two Blue Screens !

So ive run the same procedur again.

-Deinstall Everything
-Using Driver Fusion - Free
-Using DDU

(in this time i disabled everything that can interrupt the procedur and i made everything right. Starting as admin. Making it in safe-mode. And And And)

I have a new BlueScreen with 14.6 Driver

http://forums.amd.com/game/messageview.cfm?catid=454&threadid=174410&enterthread=y

and this one has something todo with my Avast Anti-Virus. Like the support said to me that a Virus Protection can cause this.

What is the workaround to get AMD working with Avast ?

Thanks for your response.

ive run "sfc /scannow" -> No problems found

i dont know what dism is but ive read its for image creating?
You can make something with dhe Driver Store there too or, i guess?

What are the parameters to check for windows problems with the dism command.

I dont know what he is doint when i use DISM as command. So i dont want
to try it.

Yeah now i see too that there is something with Windows 8 in the stack.
Thats strange. Where can i find out what this is ?
