Morrowind, for its open endedness, followed by Oblivion and KotOR.

Baldur's Gate - my first cRPG game - just an open, endless world for me these days
KOTOR (especially I) - I always wanted to become a mighty jedi 
gothic I - for the great ambient and great fights! (well, it could be better, but it was much more than Baldur's Gate  )
The Witcher - I love Sapkowski's books
Mass Effect - not bad at all, but I think I am to old now

hey guys go here for free in-game money and much much more concerning gaming. Doesn't hurt to just look, and when you do, you'll love it. Its fast and simple. When i fist saw it i was amazed. and in 5 hours i had a $30 Gpotato Game card for FREE!

Gothic series was,is and will be the best. GOTHIC I--the one and only that i have ever enjoyed to the fullest.
There are few more, like Fable-tlc,NWN, Oblivion.......but as i said, my true love is Gothic I

There was this one game for the Genesis where you were on a spaceship as part of this crew and you had to do all these things. I don't remember the name or anything about it but it was like an rpg duke nukem... very cool at the time, still look back to it wondering what the name is but I just can't remember. I can see the graphics in my head. =(

Yes definitely my most memorable RPGs are Morrowind and the original Neverwinter Nights. Oh and of course Oblivion, with the added bonus being all its modable goodness
