I am having the same issue. I am trying to redeem the code for Bioshock Infinite and Tomb Raider, after purchasing an AMD 7870. The message i am receiving is:

We're Sorry

There was an error processing your submission, please check all values and post again.

 

I have double checked and all the info is completed and correct. Please advise, thank you.

Same result here going for two days straight after submitting on http://www.amd4u.com/neversettlereloaded/index.html.

Why is no one from AMD or AMD Support responding to any emails, Facebook, Twitter, or this official forum? So frustrating.  Does this company expect anyone to promote AMD products when they can't even competently handle a promotion? Especially when you're products are $200+ premium priced items, consumers would expect some modicum of customer service & support.  Unless this turns around quickly I will absolutely never buy any AMD products in the future.

Looks like they just answered someone on Facebook about ten minutes ago. They'll look into it in the morning. But it sounds like they're only looking into that specific person's issue.

Looks like they are at least working on it now... I hope someone fixes it today.

"We have identified an issue with the Never Settle: Reloaded portal that affects code redemption.  We have taken the portal down for maintenance to resolve the issue, and expect to have it back online soon.  We'll update you when we have more information. We appreciate your patience."
