I just bought and received my AMD HD 7770 GPU with the two free game offers- Far Cry 3 and Far Cry 3 Blood dragon. I signed up with Uplay and followed the instructions your company provided.  Upon entering the promo code on the UbiShop, it says-


 
Invalid promo code. If you have any issue using your promo code, please contact our customer support 

 

Kindly review and advice. What else is required of me?
Below were your instructions that were followed-

Follow the steps below to redeem your game offers:
 
 
Far Cry 3
 
Far Cry 3 - Ubishop Download
 
Step 1:   Go to http://shop.ubi.com/amdfarcry, Log in or create an account
 
Step 2:   Add Far Cry 3 PC Download (standard edition) to the shopping cart
 
Step 3:   Click on "Click here to redeem link"
 
Step 4:   Enter the game code below and click apply
 
Step 5:   Click the checkout button and fill out the necessary fields.
 
Step 6:   Click on submit order then click on begin download

Did you redeem the coupon-code, and recieve the e-mail with the game-keys for each game title?  I want to clarify that, because it alsmost seems as though you're trying to enter the coupon-code on UPlay.

I read in another post that someone was able to resolve their issue by using a different UPlay account.  I believe the game-keys are regionally-based, so as a suggestion, make sure you are logged into the correct regional account.

Yes, i redeem the code and got the game keys with instructions. screen print was provided above. My Uplay account says it is U.S. 
What else is require of me to assist in having this resolved?

Hmm. The code should be good, and from my experience the only two suggestions I have would be:

> regional-based issue
> not using the link & instructions in the e-mail issue

The game code (game-key) itself is actually property of Ubisoft.  You may want to contact UPlay's support to inquire why the code may not be working on their platform.  Beyond that I would encourage you to contact the AMD4U Support Team that is handling the distribution of the game-keys.

I'm having the same problem. Unfortunately support@amd4u.com support is the worst I've ever seen. I tried to communicate with Ubi, but said they can only solve this with amd.

Same issue for me as I posted in another thread. It's been over a week now with no response from Support, so I guess I'm SOL on getting Far Cry 3. Ubi also told me that they don't have access to the promo codes, so I would have to get help from AMD.

UPDATE:

I was able to determine that there is a known issue, and it is being addressed by Ubisoft and AMD.  Unfortunately, providing another game-key isn't a possible work-around to the issue.
