I bought an AMD HD7870 about 1.5 weeks ago so i could start using crossfirex, I didn't receive a game voucher with it. So i contacted my retailer who told me they were out of stock. Yet their site is still promoting the AMD gaming bundles and on top of that i just read on that AMD is upgrading their gamng bundles. I know that this isn't AMD's fault, but since amd is upgrading the promotion and my retailer is still acting like they will give you a voucher i am no longer going to take no for an answer. Again i don't blame amd and am a very happy user of amd products(whole gaming rig is amd), but contacting amd looks like the only option i have.

Indeed, your concerns lay with the vendor advertising a promotion they no longer have coupon-codes to provide customers for.  Unfortunately, AMD does not have control over this.

I would suggest you e-mail the AMD4U Support Team to explain your situation.  Their e-mail is in the sticky at the top of this forum category.
