Got your PM. You should have the game-key now in an e-mail. I know the AMD4U Support team is a bit busy working through a number of support requests related to the delay of the Bioshock: Infinite game-keys. This has extended there turn-around to a bit longer than 48hrs.
However, some customers are still reporting no reply at all from the AMD4U Support Team. This can happen for a number of reasons.
- mis-typed e-mail (this would mean a customer would not even get the auto-reply)
- spam filters
- customer has unsubscribed to the e-mail
