Hi. Earlier i submitted a support ticket with some of the information wrong in regard to the "Never Settle Forever" promotion.

I selected OEM Bundle rather than Never Settle Forever....doh

Is there a way to amend this or will it not matter given the unique code used?

 

I submitted the ticket because I have had no word on when I will recieve the codes to the 3 games I chose for the promotion. I spoke to one of the guys from where I got my new card (7970 Matrix Platinum @ Overclockers.co.uk) and they said this is the place to come.

This forum isn't really a support forum for the support ticket system. lol.  When needed, I can laise with the AMD4U Team, but they are indeed an entirely different team and I (or anyone on this forum) do not have access to their support tickets.

At this time, I would recommend a bit of patience, and allow the AMD4U Team  a chance to reply to the support request you made.  I know they are fighting a bit of a backlog, so I would recommend waiting until Monday to get a reply.  If nothing then, let me know.
