This forum isn't really a support forum for the support ticket system. lol. When needed, I can laise with the AMD4U Team, but they are indeed an entirely different team and I (or anyone on this forum) do not have access to their support tickets.
At this time, I would recommend a bit of patience, and allow the AMD4U Team a chance to reply to the support request you made. I know they are fighting a bit of a backlog, so I would recommend waiting until Monday to get a reply. If nothing then, let me know.
