Hi AMD,

I purchased a SAPPHIRE 100362SR Radeon R9 290 yesterday, without knowing the BF4 bundle was going on. I've contacted both newegg and sapphire - both have told me they aren't able to provide me a BF4 key - and that I needed to reach out directly to you.

I'm eagerly awaiting the card's arrival so I can get that puppy installed and enjoy some quality performance gaming - especially BF4. So if I could be included in this promotion, it would really be icing on the "oh-my-god-my-gpu-is-amazing" cake.

Doubtful, AMD said the never settle bundle is up to the retailer to be handing out the promo's with the cards that are sold.  So if your retailer didn't give you a promo code you'll have to contact them. You may want to return the card and wait until newegg starts advertising it with battlefield 4. 

If you are lucky you can send in an email to amd support and you may get one. 

Marc on the forums may be able to forward your information on , but I don't even think its up to him if you'll get one.

This specific promotion of R9 Series products and Battlefield4 is operating slightly differently. 

The coupon-codes for the game are coming inside the product's box.  That means the AIBs (Sapphire, XFX, MSI, etc..) have the codes to begin with.  Not every single version of R9 Series product from every single AIB will have a coupon-code.  Not every single retailer will carry those products that have the codes.  Products with the coupon-codes are shipping now, and it is my understanding that we are coordinating with the retailers so they will know (and be able to sell/promote) the products that do come with the coupon-code.

well there  ya go , seems this time around with the never settles are gonna be in zee box. So I would definetly return the card and wait till they advertise it.

Thanks for the reply and information Marc! I'll evaluate the feasibility of returning the card to newegg - looks like it is "replacement only" guarantee - not return. So they may not be willing to send me a replacement of the BF4 edition.
