I am trying to play BF4 on my computer and when the game loads onto a server and you get the loadout/deploy screen it starts glitching. The video cuts out every couple of seconds. Like the video signal is dropping out. I have all of the drivers up to date.

geogan brought it to my attention that it might be an adapter issue.

I ordered a new adapter and I shall see what happends in a couple of days.

Well I have not gotten my new adapter yet.
But I did some testing. Someone had suggested that I run the DirectX thingy that came with BF4 so I did, no change.
I did download GPU-Z and got a log file of my cards activity. WOW.
My temp at idle and norm comp usage is around 28c. So I jump into BF4 and into the test range. The temp climbed quickly up to the mid 50s. It kept cutting in and out. So I quick the game, adjusted the manual fan speed to 80%. Ran the test range again and changed all of my video setting to low. I even ran the system test option in BF4. That test came back bad, FPS was 0 (ZERO). So I quit the game again. I checked my log file and the temps were just a couple Cs lower. I scrolled over and scrolled through my log file. To my surprise I was having some complete power drops even some that read down to VDDC [V] -70, VDDC Current [A] 239.3, VDDC Current In [A] -67.0 (these are not all in the same line, just some extremes that were happening). From my knowledge of electricity, this is not good.

Any Ideas?
