I'm building a gaming PC for mostly sim racing (Iracing,Project cars, Dirt 3) and some FPS games. I will also be using triple monitors. I am able to get for the same price either a AMD FX 9370 or AMD FX 8350 . The (G.C) I will be using is a Sapphire Radeon R9290 TRI-X OC , MOBO Asus Sabertooth 990FX R 2.0 , 2x 4GB Crucial Ballastix Tactical  and a 1000w PSU. I am not really going to overclock unless I find someone that nows how. What would you choose?

Eh I'd drop the 8350, For a core I5. Still go with the asus motherboard but obviously a z87 chipset. i'd drop the 280X for an Nvidia 770 simply because AMD cards right now are 100$ over MSRP right now due to bitcoin miners. 1000W PSU is a waste. Get a quality 650W from Corsair/Seasonic. or if you plan on SLI/ Crossfire in the future a 850W unit.
