Is it possible to run a second monitor, using the frame pacing beta drivers by using graphics on cpu or a lower teir graphics card, while still using the beta drivers, since eyefinite will not work with these drivers.

If you just want to run two monitors, you can do this by just plugging another monitor into your GPU.

Please note that the Frame Pacing feature is for CrossFire systems, so it won't be available if you aren't using a CrossFire configuration. And using on-board or a non-compatible GPU with your current card will also not offer CrossFire, which won't offer Frame Pacing either.
