My question is:

Does it matter which card i have as my primary ? (the one my monitor s are plugged into)

Im thinking i might get better perfomance having the 7990 as the primary?

However this is not the best configuration physically for my watercooling loop.

Comments help suggestions welcomed

Not if your motherboard has dual x16 electrical slots.

I have the z87 G1 sniper 5 Motherboard with 2 x 16 PCie with the extra power input.

So should be cool there.

Im just worried about the fact that i can only plug my monitors into the card in the top slot which is my less powerful card.
