Hello, I have currently AMD A4 + Radeon HD 7750 on my HTPC. (DualMode) I have ordered now a AMD A10 and want maybe buy a new Radeon HD7750, my question is : Will it work??

A10 6700 + 2x Radeon HD7750 in CrossFire Mode, it is possible?

Or maybe it better if the Integrated Graphic is deactivated?

You can crossfire two 7750's if you want, but thats an absolute waste of money with the 260x ,  270X ,and 280X being around.

You cannot crossfire an A series APU and a 7750 officially but unofficially people have been able to. As far as triple crossfire. Good luck with that. I doubt it'll work but you can try it , wouldn't hurt.
