It was the official release of Battelfield 4 just a couple of days ago.  I got my pre-order and completed the install and first patch.  I wanted to share the results -

BF4 cover

Can still be playable at 1080 resolution with medum video settings.  Frame rates at around 35~45 FPS

My rig components -

A8-5600K,  HD 7750 in dual graphics,  8 GB DDR3 1600,  Win 8 x64,  Catalyst ver 13.9

AMD APU really rocks and I'm so happy that a budget PC can take on a modern DirectX11 game   ! This is beyond what I have expected

BF4 like BF3 will be a title which will certainly be a benchmark in measuring graphics performance onwards.  It's graphics requirement like the Frostbite 3 engine is very demanding and puts most PC's to the edge

My initial Video settings

High/Ultra -  All textures including terrain
High -  Effects
Medium - Lighting, Ambient Occolusion, Mesh, Post processing
Off - Deferred AA
Medium -  Post AA

If I lower down those in Ultra/High to Medium,  the FPS naturally increases to around 40~55
