Do you think you are talking to AMD? There are numerous ways to report your issue to peope that care...I mean Can do something about it. There is a FAQ section of the forum...try it. There you will find e-mail and phone numbers for whatever country you live in. On the driver download page is a "ISSUE REPORT FORM". On the bottom of this page..and every page is "CONTACT US". So do your complaining where it does some good...report it. And don't expect a two way conversation with the Catalyst Crew.
